Swiss researchers have proposed a new method for the energy system in this country, which is accompanied by new modeling and can make this country independent in terms of energy by 2050.
According to Tekna technology and technology news service, researchers of Federal Eco Polytechnic University in Lausanne presented a new modeling for the country’s energy system.
In this modeling, in addition to carbon neutralization, it is possible to reduce costs by 30%. According to the report published in this regard, theoretically, a neutral and independent energy system can be achieved in this country by 2050, considering renewable energy and its sources. Its costs are also much lower than the current systems. So that in the new modeling, this value is reduced between 30 and 32 percent.
Researchers from the Engineering Department of EPFL Faculty of Engineering say that this modeling can be achieved by increasing photovoltaic and wind power generation and using 60% of the PV roof system.
Jonas Schnidrig, one of the researchers of this study, says: The potential of using solar PV in Switzerland is high. If out of the three roofs of the house, two roofs are covered with this item, it will be possible to achieve economic optimization.
