New York Times: US and Russian military commanders discussed Ukraine

The New York Times newspaper claimed in a report: A rare phone call between Valery Gerasimov, the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, and Charles Q. Brown, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces, last Wednesday, just a day before Thanksgiving and It was done 6 days after Russia’s operation in Ukraine with medium-range ballistic missiles.
