US Deputy Defense Minister: The Houthis have become scary!
An American official, referring to Yemeni Ansarullah’s operations in the Red Sea, expressed surprise at the weapons capabilities of the Yemeni army.
According to RCO News Agency, “Bill LaPlante”, the US Deputy Secretary of Defense for the maintenance and supply of weapons for the country’s army, expressed surprise at the remarkable ability of Yemen’s Ansarullah.
According to the Axios News agency, this American official stated that the Yemeni army is displaying more sophisticated weapons every time, including missiles that have amazing capabilities, and said: Yemeni Houthis have become scary.
With the beginning of the war in Gaza and in response to the crimes of the Zionist regime, the Yemeni army organized attacks on the ships belonging to this regime in the Red Sea, and even the naval military coalition led by the United States could not stop these attacks.
“I’m an engineer and a physicist, and I’ve been dealing with rockets my whole career,” LaPlante told Axios. “What I have seen from the Houthis in the last 6 months has really surprised me.”
Not only ships belonging to the Zionist regime have been targeted and in some cases sunk, but recently 2 US Navy destroyers were also attacked while passing through the Bab al-Mandab strait that connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden.
