Burrell: We cannot rely on the mood of the American voters every four years

Burrell continued: “The war in Ukraine was necessary for people to think that we should have more defense capacity.”
The EU’s foreign policy chief stressed that it is necessary to explain to citizens that the EU needs to increase government spending on defense.
He stated that the ammunition production capacity in Europe has increased by 40%.
Burrell also emphasized that the situation of the Ukrainian front as well as Trump’s future as president are key issues for him.
