The entry of electronic communication devices other than mobile phones was prohibited in the country’s aircraft.
The spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Organization said:
The entry of any electronic communication device, except mobile phones, into the airplane cabin, whether with passengers or in cargo, was prohibited.
“Jafar Yazerlo” stated:
Due to maintaining the safety of flights, air passengers should refrain from bringing electronic communication devices other than mobile phones, such as pagers, wireless, walkie-talkies, etc., into the airplane cabin or in the hold.
He added:
This ban includes the passenger cabin and the cargo section, and passengers should avoid carrying prohibited items on the plane.
