The head of the European Council condemned Israel’s attack on “UNIFEL” in Lebanon – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Euro News, “Charles Michel”, the head of the European Council, condemned the targeting of the United Nations forces stationed in Lebanon (UNIFEL) in a statement today and called this action by the occupiers of Al-Quds “unacceptable”.
In an interview with AFP, the head of the European Council said in this regard: “Attacks on UN peacekeepers are irresponsible and unacceptable, and for this reason we ask Israel and all parties to fully respect international humanitarian law.”
The savagery of the Zionists in West Asia is not only limited to the killing of the people of Lebanon and the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza, but breaking international laws is a small part of the evil of the Zionists.
Based on this, Joseph Burrell, the foreign policy official of the European Union, strongly condemned the Zionists’ attack on the UN peacekeeping forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
In this regard, he wrote on the X social network (former Twitter): We witnessed another incident in Lebanon, during which the Israeli army shelled the UN peacekeeping forces. We condemn this unacceptable action for which there is no justification.
Before this, the American, Canadian, and French officials also called the Israeli army’s attack on the UN peacekeeping forces unacceptable.
However, the Western countries have not taken any action to put pressure on Tel Aviv to end the atrocities in Lebanon and still consider themselves the defenders of this regime.
