This mosque, which is also registered in the list of national heritage of Iran, dates back to the Qajar era and offers tourists an atmosphere full of light and color. Some international tourists who have visited Nasir al-Mulk Mosque have shared their opinions and experiences with Google Maps. In the following, we will review some of these opinions.
1. Sheikh Masoud from Egypt
One of the most beautiful mosques in Shiraz! Everywhere is full of color; On walls, ceilings, domes and even floors. The architecture is symmetrical and beautiful. It is amazing that it was built centuries ago and is still standing. This mosque is still used by worshipers and therefore the necessary rules and respect must be followed. The entrance fee for foreigners is 2.5 million rials (four euros).
2. Huang John from China
The best time to photograph the Pink Mosque is early morning. This place has become a location for internet photography.
3. Rizi Divinagracia from Kazakhstan
The most beautiful mosque! But if you are planning to visit and want to have a good picture for Insta and a good light that will reflect on you, visit in the winter season. I visited in July; So I have to stick close to the glass area so that the light reflection shines on me.
4. Yumiko from Japan
Be sure to visit on your trip to Shiraz. I visited there at 8:15 in early March. Great sunlight shines into the mosque. Many local and international visitors do not arrive until 8:30; So it’s better to start early! Tents are rented to women. At the entrance on your right, you will see the prayer hall and the chapel. The morning sunlight creates wonderful photos. Being in Shabestan is very amazing. The mosque is full of different visitors and everyone seems to be taking pictures; While you may want to take a relaxing moment to enjoy the positive energy that the mosque can give you. I also liked other parts of this “pink” mosque. This place is among many other beautiful places to worship and visit. I only stayed here for 30 minutes.
5. Irem Karakoçluoğlu from Turkey
This is a wonderful mosque. It’s smaller than I thought. Entry with a tent is required. The earlier you go in the morning, the better; Both in terms of light and crowding. The entrance fee for foreigners is 250,000 Tomans. It is like this in all mosques. By the way, its name is a mosque; But it is not available for prayer.
6. Jason Chow from Hungary
We reached the famous pink mosque where you can take attractive Instagram photos at around 9:30 in the morning. The mosque itself is very small; But you should visit it anyway; Because many people come to Shiraz just for this place. An attraction that must be seen in Shiraz; Although it is somehow exaggerated in its description; But I still think you shouldn’t miss it.
