  • Salt, pepper and turmeric: as needed

How to prepare

  1. Soak the beans separately the night before and change the water of the beans several times until cooking;
  2. Pour eight cups of water into the pot and pour all the beans except lentils into the water;
  3. Let the beans cook. Now chop the greens and put them in the pot along with the lentils and spices.
  4. After the beans and vegetables are well cooked, add the noodles;
  5. After a quarter of an hour, the noodles will also cook;
  6. Now you can pour your diet soup in a bowl and eat it with curd.
  7. If you plan to add hot onion, hot mint and cirdagh, put a small amount of them in your soup.

How to prepare

  1. Soak the beans separately the night before and change the water of the beans several times until cooking;

  • Buttermilk vegetable (cilantro, leek, garlic leaves, a little spinach): 400 grams

How to prepare

  1. Soak the chickpeas the night before and it is better to change the water several times before cooking;
  2. The first step to prepare buttermilk diet soup is to cook chickpeas;
  3. Now stir the yogurt for ten minutes until it is well diluted;
  4. Then slowly add the buttermilk to the yogurt and stir;
  5. Mix an egg with buttermilk;
  6. Put this mixture on a high flame and stir it until it boils;
  7. Wash a cup of raw rice and add it to these ingredients;
  8. keep stirring the ingredients;
  9. Then add chopped vegetables, grated garlic and peas to the soup ingredients separately and with a short interval;
  10. After boiling, reduce the flame under the pan;
  11. In the last step, add salt and pepper;
  12. It takes about half an hour to forty minutes to cook this soup.

  • Sour yogurt: one kilo
  • Dill and tarragon: 500 grams
  • Boneless neck meat: 600 grams

How to prepare

  1. Soak the cob the night before and change the water several times until cooking;
  2. put the yogurt at room temperature;
  3. Then add a tablespoon of salt to 1 kilo of yogurt;
  4. put the yogurt in the refrigerator;
  5. Cut the onion in half and put it together with the neck meat in the pot and place it on the flame;
  6. Add a little salt and pepper to it;
  7. pour eight glasses of water on the meat;
  8. Let the water boil;
  9. Then turn the flame very low and let the meat cook well.
  10. After cooking the meat, pour its water into a large bowl and put the pot back on the flame until the meat is completely dry;
  11. Now turn off the pot and let the meat cool down;
  12. Pour the cobs into the pot and put it on the flame;
  13. Add meat broth and a little pepper and salt to it;
  14. First, increase the heat until the water boils;
  15. Then reduce the flame to cook the cobs;
  16. In the meantime, you can chop the vegetables;
  17. Add the rice to the cob;
  18. Immediately add a little salt and chopped vegetables and let it cook for 30 minutes until the cobs and vegetables are completely cooked together;
  19. Take the yogurt out of the refrigerator to adjust to the kitchen temperature;
  20. Beat the cooked and cooled meat well with a meat grinder and add them to the soup when the vegetables and beans are fully cooked;
  21. Stir the soup every 5 minutes so it doesn’t stick.
  22. When your diet soup reaches the right concentration, remove it from the flame;
  23. When the heat of the soup is a little lower, slowly add the yogurt to it and mix;
  24. Your diet soup is ready, drink it!
