2. Stand up and grab the rope!

Group rope training

Now that you’ve completed the ropes course, we suggest you try group ropes. You can exercise and have fun with group rope jumping. To do this sport and entertainment, be sure to pay attention to the following points.

1. Choose a longer rope!

Your rope should be long enough that you can easily exercise and jump over it as a group.

2. Grab both ends of the rope and jump!

  • To do this sport and game, it is enough for two people to stand facing each other and hold the rope with their hands;
  • You are in the middle of these two people and behind the rope;
  • The two of them spin the rope and you jump over it.

3. Hit it!

  • Hit the spot when the rope is spinning;
