Procedures for obtaining a domestic nurse work visa and permane residence in Canada

- Gain work experience
If you are outside of Canada and you have less than 24 mohs or no related work experience as a domestic nurse in Canada, you can still apply for a Canadian domestic nurse work visa. But you should note that it is not possible to do this independely. This means that you must submit your work permit (Work Permit) and permane residence (PR) application at the same time.

- Submitting documes showing work experience to the Canadian Federal Immigration Service (IRCC)
After you have worked full time as a Caregiver in Canada for 24 mohs, you will need to submit documes proving your work experience to the Canadian Federal Immigration Service to decide on your permane residence application. You have a maximum of 3 years after obtaining the necessary work experience to submit the documes.
