Browser extensions based on artificial intelligence, a new risk for cryptocurrency users!

High Risk: The study classified 69% of plugins as high risk, indicating that these plugins require a significa number of permissions to function properly. If these plugins are developed by malicious actors, this can become very dangerous. All 10 artificial ielligence-based writing plugins were found to be high risk.
Personal assistas: Personal assista extensions were ideified as particularly worrisome. These plugins request the highest number of permissions among plugins. Notably, personal assistas were the only category that collected payme and financial information. This puts both digital and fiat currencies at risk.
The risk impact of plugins is determined by their permission levels. In addition, the level of risk of these plugins depends on factors such as the reputation of the publisher and the age of the program. While more than half of the reviewed plugins have poteial risks, most of them are unlikely to be malicious. Of concern, however, are high-risk plugins, which include 10 specific plugins.
