According to Mehr news agency, quoting from the National Elite Foundation, Rasul Ashari, in the coordination meeting for the developme of innovative infrastructures of the National Elite Foundation, referring to the design and finalization of an iellige system to receive, review and apply the proposals of the elites, stated: the elites should play a more effective role in the administration of affairs and organizational decision-making, and one of the gaps in many scieific and research institutions is the lack of systematic mechanisms to utilize iellectual capacity. It is the elites that the “suggestion system” is designed with the aim of responding to this need.
Emphasizing the necessity of creating a transpare, efficie and evaluable mechanism for receiving and following up on proposals, he added: The National Elite Foundation, relying on the principles of good governance and participatory manageme, is completing a technological infrastructure that, by providing the possibility of registering the ideas and proposals of the elite community, organizes the process of reviewing, evaluating and responding to them in a transpare and observable manner.
Ashari stated: This system, which will be available soon, is not only a tool for the direct communication of the elites with the executive body of the foundation, but it will also be a dynamic platform for ideation, constructive criticism and effective participation in the design and implemeation of operational solutions.
