According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Tass, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Groshko announced on Thursday: Russia’s proposals to NATO regarding security guaraees still retain their validity and importance as real tools and opportunities.
In this regard, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia added: “Coacts at the military level between Russia and NATO have always been made, and if necessary, they can be established at a high level as well.”
“Alexander Groshko” then added: such calls have been made when needed; At a relatively high military level. If necessary, they can be restored. These calls are confideial and therefore no further details can be provided. If we look at each of the proposals that have been preseed and not supported by our partners, the implemeation of each of them would significaly strengthen security in Europe. In this sense, they all remain releva as real tools, as a real opportunity to improve the security situation.
