Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national celebration – the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

I confirm with satisfaction the gradual development of the strategic partnership between Iran and Russia, which is based on mutual respect, trust and consideration of each other’s interests. I believe that close cooperation between our diplomatic institutions, effective coordination of foreign policy will be an important factor for regional stability and security and will significantly contribute to the advancement of bilateral multifaceted relations.
