According to RCO News Agency, Osama Hamdan, one of the senior leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Moveme (Hamas), emphasized in an ierview with Al Jazeera Mubasher: Benjamin Netanyahu, who is waed by the Iernational Criminal Court, joining the Peace Council is the most ridiculous issue of the ceury.
At the same time, he added: We have not received any draft or official proposal from the mediators regarding the weapons of resistance.
Osama Hamdan added: The Hamas moveme has not officially taken any decision regarding the suspension of resistance weapons.
Emphasizing the firm position of Hamas, he said: Our national position is clear and firm. As long as the occupation coinues, resistance is legitimate.
Hamdan also clarified: The Palestinian nation is against any kind of trusteeship and it is not possible to accept the replaceme of iernational forces instead of the occupying army.
Referring to the talks held with the Indonesian governme, this Hamas official said: We talked with the Jakarta governme and emphasized that the role of iernational forces should be on the borders of the Gaza Strip and to separate them from the Israeli occupation.
He added: The iernational stability force must preve aggression against the Palestinian nation according to what is stated in Trump’s plan.
Hamdan also meioned the situation of the Rafah crossing and said: The Zionists are obstructing the operation of the Rafah crossing and have allowed only a very small number of people to pass through.
He added: The occupiers have preveed the ery of the National Committee of the Gaza Strip.
