According to RCO News Agency, the Financial Times newspaper reported on Wednesday that Ukrainian Preside Volodymyr Zelensky plans to announce the schedule of presideial elections and referendum on February 24.
The Financial Times, citing Ukrainian and European officials involved in the planning process, wrote that this plan will include announcing the timing of presideial elections and holding a referendum on a possible peace agreeme.
