After a week of outage, the Kajaro site was once again available to users, and the process of full return of other services is also underway.
This disruption started on the morning of Tuesday, 14th of Bahman, targeting the virtualization layer and infrastructure of the Zomit family network. In the future, this attack caused a disruption in access to services. Fortunately, investigations show that there are no signs of irusion io user data, and all sensitive information remains completely secure.
Currely, technical investigations are ongoing to ideify the exact root of this disorder and a proper view of how it occurs has been obtained. The results of these investigations will be made available to the audience in the future with the aim of increasing the level of safety and preveing similar incides.
The prolongation of the service return process has been caused by a series of technical measures, including securing the infrastructure, completely rebuilding the servers, reconfiguring the network, high volume of information, as well as Iernet disruptions in the data ceer.
The incide was completely caused by a defect in the iernal infrastructure and had nothing to do with the host’s data ceer. While fixing the ideified vulnerabilities, we apologize to the users for this disruption.
