In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Saeed Khodaygan, the deputy head of the National Elite Foundation, while explaining the latest situation of recruitment of elites in the executive bodies and the private sector, pointed out the results of the third call for the recruitment of elites in the executive bodies and said: In the third call, out of a total of 1020 people who were approved in the evaluation center, 766 people were introduced to 19 executive bodies in the form of this call.
5 institutions have not yet announced the results of their evaluation of the third call for recruiting elites
Khodeigan added: Out of these 19 institutions, 14 institutions have announced their evaluation results and 5 institutions have not yet presented the final results. These institutions include a part of the Ministry of Education (due to the late start of the evaluation process), the Administrative and Employment Organization of the country, the Ministry of Interior, the Atomic Energy Organization and the National Competition Center.
720 people passed the specific evaluation stage of the devices
The deputy head of the National Elite Foundation continued by stating that 720 people have passed the specific evaluation stage of the institutions, and continued: of these, 372 people, after the final approval, have been introduced as the final candidates for definite recruitment to the relevant institutions, and the steps related to the foundation have been completed.
While stating that the continuation of the recruitment process, including selection and issuance of orders, is the responsibility of the institutions themselves, he pointed out that the National Elite Foundation has continuously carried out the necessary follow-ups, especially regarding the institutions that have faced delays, including education, and continues to follow this issue.
Education and Ministry of Energy had the most demand for employment
In response to a question about the highest demand for recruiting elites, Khodeigan said: Larger institutions such as the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Energy have the highest demand due to the higher volume of declarations of need, although accurate cumulative statistics in this regard are not available at the moment.
Focusing on specialized job positions and suitable for the dignity of elites
He further stated about the time of publication of the fourth call: Planning for the fourth call has started in September and during this period, several meetings have been held with the administrative and employment organization of the country. The main approach in this period was to focus on specialized job positions that fit the dignity of elites and only vacant positions were not taken into consideration.
1400 specialized job rows were identified for elites
The deputy head of the National Elite Foundation added: In this regard, we had several meetings with the administrative and recruitment organization in September and October, and they also corresponded with the institutions. According to the announcement of the administrative and employment organization, 6,000 “job ranks” have been declared as needed by the executive bodies, and about 1,400 specialized “job ranks” suitable for the elite society have been identified and are currently in the stage of financing and allocation of employment ranks.
We are waiting to receive the final list of job categories
According to Khodeigan, the fourth call book is ready to be published and this call will be published as soon as the final list of job categories and necessary permits are received.
The possibility of recruiting about 711 elite and talented people in the private sector
Khodaygan also pointed to the state of recruiting elites in the private sector and said: In this sector, 46 private companies and institutions have announced the need for 147 job positions, and according to estimates, it is possible to recruit about 711 elites and talents from this route.
The deadline for registration in the recruitment call in the private sector is until 27th of February
Stating that the recruitment process in the private sector is different from the executive bodies, he clarified: the recruitment call for the private sector was published on 11th of February, and based on this call, qualified applicants can register their application and complete the registration process by referring to the SINA system until 27th of February.
