America cut off relations with the Speaker of the Polish Parliament due to insulting Trump – Mehr News Agency | RCO News Agency
According to the Mehr news agency, citing the base of the extra-regional Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper, the reason for this decision is the statements that the American ambassador in Warsaw, Tom Rose, described as “heinous and unnecessary insults” against the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Although the American ambassador in Warsaw did not specify the details of these insults, Charzasti said in a statement last Monday that he will not support the initiative presented by his Zionist and American counterparts to nominate Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Czarzasti is one of the leaders of the leftist party of the Polish Liberal government led by Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
Since Trump came to power, Poland has had to navigate between supporting its European allies and not angering its stronger ally, the United States, which plays a key role in keeping peace in neighboring Ukraine.
So far, Warsaw has managed to maintain this balance; In such a way that Tusk took over the affairs related to the European Union so that President Karol Navrotsky, who came to power with the support of the national conservative party “Law and Justice”, could be in direct contact with Trump. But this new dispute shows the difficulty of Poland’s position in international relations.
The President of Poland and the Prime Minister of this country also reacted; Tusk responded to this tension by emphasizing mutual respect between the allies, and Roz warned about the possible consequences of Charzasti’s statements for the Polish government; But Charzasti emphasized that despite respecting America as Poland’s main ally, he will not change his position.
