Negotiation is limited to nuclear; Iran’s deterrence power is not negotiable – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency

According to Mehr news agency, Brigadier General Yadullah Javani, political deputy commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, emphasized in an ierview with Al-Mayadeen network that the unveiling of the “Khorramshahr-4” missile carries a clear message to the United States and Western couries about Iran’s determination to maiain its defense capabilities.
Stating that “sitting at the negotiating table does not mean withdrawing military power”, he clarified that the focus of the upcoming talks will be limited to the nuclear issue only, and he considered the western media atmospheres as part of the psychological war to put pressure on Iran.
Poiing out that the Islamic Republic of Iran is not looking for war, Javani added: “We will not back down from our principled positions, and if the enemy makes a mistake, Iran’s response will be decisive.”
The political deputy commander of the IRGC also said that the negotiating team of the coury will eer the talks relying on the national power and trust in the iernal capacities, and that no weakening in the field of defense power is on the agenda.
