Lavrov: Zelensky only thinks about the survival of his political life – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to the Mehr news agency, quoted by Ryanovsti news agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said: If Ukrainians show up in Abu Dhabi with the same security ideas that Mark Rutte, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), put forward in this country’s parliament, it will indicate that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky does not want peace.

He stated that Zelensky does not need peace in Ukraine and said: Peace in Ukraine means the end of his political life.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine added: “Zelensky” and “Conscience” are not very compatible because he does not think about anything but his own survival.

The field battle in eastern Ukraine continues while Ukrainian, Russian and American negotiators are meeting behind closed doors today in Abu Dhabi.

Ukraine’s withdrawal from the Donbas region has been described as the most important challenge of the negotiations.
