According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Xinhua, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said: “The world is increasingly witnessing simultaneous changes and disturbances; In such a way that the iernational order established after the Second World War and the norms governing iernational relations have been severely damaged and the world is facing a serious risk of returning to the “law of the jungle”.
In a meeting with Sergei Shoigu, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council in Beijing, he said: Beijing and Moscow, as major couries and permane members of the United Nations Security Council, have the responsibility to impleme real multilateralism, protect the iernational system ceered on the United Nations, and support the formation of a multipolar world and a more just and rational governance system.
The Chinese Foreign Minister added: “Beijing is ready to cooperate with Russia so that bilateral agreemes are fully implemeed, strategic communication is strengthened, strategic coordination is deepened, and new prospects for China-Russia relations are opened in the new year.”
