From the beginning of the water year (the beginning of October) to the 27th of January, the amount of inflow into the reservoirs of the whole country was equal to 6.07 billion cubic meters, which has decreased by 10% compared to last year, which was equal to 6.75 billion cubic meters.

Also, the total output of the country’s dams has decreased by 25% compared to the previous year. The volume of water in the reservoirs is now recorded at 18.18 billion cubic meters, which has decreased by 19% compared to the previous year, which was 22.54 billion cubic meters. Also, the volume of the country’s dams is 35% until this date.

The condition of some of the country’s important dams shows that in 15 dams the percentage of filling is less than 10%, so that the dams of Amirkabir, Lar, Letian-Mamlo, Zayandeh Rood, Dosti, Targah, Panzdeh Khordad, Bukan, Sefid Rood, Tehm, Tanguiyeh Sirjan, Vashamgir and Golestan and Bostan, Roodbal Darab, Chah Nimha and Saveh have less than 10% water.
