Malek Bushehr mansion
Malek Mansion in Bahmani neighborhood of Bushehr is one of the nationally registered works, which has an area of more than 4,000 square meters and was built in the Qajar period by French architects with local materials. This mansion was inspired by a palace in France and Bushehr architecture and was built by a person named Malik al-Tajjar and has seen many incidents and residents over the years.

In the 1980s of Hijri, the Malek Mansion was purchased by Jafar Pourkebagani, the governor of Bushehr at the time, from the heirs of Malek Al-Tjajar for two billion tomans, and it was handed over to the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Tourism of Bushehr Province. This mansion consists of buildings and internal booths and various parts such as nesting gardens, Shahneshin, porch, several halls, bathhouse, many rooms and towers in two Ashkoob Malik booths.
Golshan Mansion is one of the famous places of Bushehr and the nationally registered works of this city dating back to the Qajar period (about 170 years ago), which is located on the beach street, Behbahani neighborhood and only 10 meters away from the sea. Around this building, the old buildings of Bushehr can be seen. The owner of Golshan Mansion is a businessman named Mr. Golshan, who used it for residential and commercial purposes after the construction of the mansion. Golshan mansion has three floors, the first floor consists of water tank, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a place for the crew. The second and third floors were also used for living, hospitality and business affairs.

Rais Ali Delwari Museum

Rais Ali Delwari was a constitutionalist freedom fighter and the leader of the southern uprising against the British forces in the First World War. His house has a simple construction, few decorations, including plastering. This building has been registered in the list of national works of Iran. General Bushehr’s grave
General’s grave or General’s grave is one of the remains of the occupation of Bushehr by the British in the Qajar period and the tomb of an English general. The general’s grave is built in the shape of an obelisk; A square and tall stone column with a pyramidal tip and was used in the architecture of ancient Egypt, Assyria and Rome. It is said that this tomb is most likely the burial place of one of the commanders of the British army who was killed by Iranian forces during the British campaign to the south of Iran in the Herat incident in 1856. This tomb has been registered in the list of national monuments.

This cemetery was the burial place of 35 British soldiers who were killed in a war that took place in 1236 AH between the invaders of the British Navy and the people of Baqir Khan of Tangestani. Amirieh Mansion is one of the surviving historical buildings from the Qajar period, which was used as a municipality building in the past. This building with native architecture and historical age is in the list of national monuments of Iran. Amiriya Mansion was built in 1317 AH by Ahmad Khan Daryabigi, the ruler of the ports and islands of the Persian Gulf. Currently, Bushehr city council is located in this building. The building of Amirieh Mansion is a two-story building with 10 rooms on each floor.

This building was built by the mayor of Bushehr under the name of “Mr. Siadat” and in the past it was called Baldieh Mansion. The mansion was later bought by a person named Taheri, and thus the name Taheri was chosen for it. Qavam Reservoir is built with local materials and its main skeleton and arch are made of very resistant sedimentary rocks. Two meters of the reservoir is outside the ground and about three meters of it is in the basement. On the exterior of the Qawam reservoir, you can see windows measuring 120 x 90 cm at regular intervals, which are covered from the inside with a stone grid.
The main building of Golestan school belongs to the Qajar period and is about 200 years old. This school is one of the oldest buildings in Bushehr port and was built by the British. The Golestan school building was once the seat of Sheikh Nasr’s rule, and after that it was changed to a post and telegraph office. This building finally started working as a school in 1322. Golestan school is registered in the list of national works of Iran. The materials used in its construction are coral stones and plaster mortar, and sandal wood and Boria are also used in the roof covering.
