Steps to submit an Atlaic Canada work immigration application
Work immigration to Atlaic Canada is done through the selective program of Atlaic Canada (Atlaic Immigration Pilot Program). The process of submitting a work immigration application to Atlaic Canada consists of several steps, which include the following:
1. Apply online
First, you must register your application online. This step has been made mandatory since October 21, 2022. If you are unable to apply online and need special accommodations such as braille or large pri, you can submit your application in person or by methods recommended by your immigration attorney.
2. Filling the required forms
At this stage, you must fill out the required forms online. These forms include the General Application to Immigrate to Canada (IMM 0008), Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669), Additional Family Information (IMM 5406), Additional Information on Your Travels (IMM 5562), and other required forms. You must also fill out the releva PDF forms and upload them in your online application.
3. Paying fees online
At this stage, you have to pay the releva fees online. For example, a biometric fee (fingerpriing for ideity verification) must be paid. If the biometric fee is not paid, there may be a delay in processing the application.
4. Preparing and uploading documes
At this stage, you need to upload all the required documes that you have already prepared in your online application. These documes will include color passport photos of you and each of your family members, resume, educational documes, work documes, birth certificates, proof of English language level, and any other docume that is meioned in the required list.
5. Delivery of original documes
After uploading the documes, you have to submit your original documes as well. Depending on the specific case of your application, you may wa to send some documes to a specific address or prese them at the docume collection ceer (Canadian Embassy).
6. Application review
After sending the application and documes, your application will be reviewed by the officials at the embassy. This review includes evaluating the accuracy and completeness of your documes, checking whether your documes comply with immigration requiremes, and checking other factors. At this stage, the immigration authorities may coact you and request additional documes such as an in-person ierview or ask you for other documes that you must submit by the specified date.
7. Ierview
If your application is accepted after the initial review of documes and requiremes, you may be invited for an ierview. The ierview can include an in-person ierview at a Canadian embassy or consulate, a telephone ierview, or an online ierview with immigration officials. At this stage, you have to answer the questions of the officials and based on your performance in the ierview, the final decision is made.
8. Visa approval and issuance
If your application is approved at all stages of review, the immigration authorities will issue you a visa to immigrate to Canada. Canadian visa Allows you to eer and stay in Canada. Depending on the type of visa applied for, there may be certain restrictions or requiremes that must be met.
