Another baseless claim of Trump: I predicted September 11!

According to Isna, Daily Beast wrote that in the past decade, the 79-year-old President of the United States, Donald Trump, has repeatedly claimed that in his book entitled “Our Decent America”, which was published in 2000, he warned about the dangers of Osama bin Laden, the former leader of Al-Qaeda, while actual investigations prove that he did not.

This magazine further wrote that in a private and important meeting, Senator Lindsey Graham was praising an American military operation, but Trump suddenly interrupted the conversation and changed the topic to his records and personal claims in the fight against terrorism.

The President of the United States addressed Senator Graham: “True, you mentioned an interesting point. You mentioned Bin Laden. You know, I wrote about Bin Laden a year before the attack on the World Trade Center and said that Bin Laden should be hunted. This was in my book.”

“Very few people want to say that,” Trump continued. But that was in my book. “If they had listened to me, they would have killed bin Laden and you would not have experienced the World Trade Center disaster.”

He then glanced at Graham and continued, “Did you know that? “I had a prediction about bin Laden.”

Trump wrote the book with the help of behind-the-scenes writer Dave Shiftlet during his fruitless campaign for the American Reform Party. He has since repeatedly claimed that those pages contained wisdom that could have prevented the deadliest terrorist attack ever against the United States.

The President of the United States made this claim on the “Alex Jones” program in December 2015. After the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in October 2019, he again claimed to have predicted the attacks of September 11, 2001, and again in October 2025 while speaking to US Navy sailors.

But this claim has been debunked time and time again, with FactCheck.org writing in 2015: “Donald Trump is exaggerating his claim to have predicted the events of 9/11 and Osama bin Laden.”

Trump’s comments came after the US military operation in Venezuela and the arrest of the country’s president, Nicolás Maduro, and his wife and their transfer to the United States.
