Araghchi praises the Cuban governme and people for standing up against foreign threats

Iran’s foreign minister praised the people and governme of Cuba for standing up against foreign threats and illegal economic pressures.
According to RCO News Agency, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Bruno Rodriguez, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, discussed bilateral relations and regional and iernational developmes in a phone call.
In this phone call, they consulted and exchanged opinions about the existing capacities to expand the relations between the two couries in the fields of ierest of the parties, as well as strengthening coordination at the level of iernational organizations.
Condemning the US military aggression against Venezuela, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our coury considered this action to be a clear violation of the UN Charter and the fundameal rules of iernational law, and emphasized the responsibility of all governmes and the United Nations to categorically and explicitly oppose this dangerous violation of the law.
Araghchi also praised the Cuban governme and people for standing up against foreign threats and illegal economic pressures.
In this telephone conversation, while condemning the illegal and insecure actions of the United States in the Caribbean and Latin America, especially the rece illegal invasion of Venezuela and the abduction of the preside and his wife, the Cuban foreign minister also emphasized Cuba’s stand against any foreign threat and reminded the necessity of cooperation and coordination between friendly couries to deal with milita unilateralism.
The foreign ministers of Iran and Cuba also emphasized the need to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, especially within the framework of the United Nations Charter Defense Group and the Non-Aligned Moveme.
