According to RCO News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, news sources reported hearing the sound of multiple explosions and rising smoke from Caracas, the capital of Venezuela.
Venezuelan sources reported a series of explosions in Caracas as a result of US military attacks and poied out that a military base was targeted.
Seven explosions were heard
The Associated Press reported that at least seven explosions were heard in Caracas.
The electricity was cut off
