According to RCO News Agency, Majid Sahragard today in the “Rising to Soraya” eve held at the Scieific Vice Preside’s Office, in a speech referring to the importance of creating a new scieific uprising in the coury, said: We have started a scieific jihad camp in Tehran in order to fulfill the orders of the Supreme Leader regarding the creation of a new scieific moveme, especially among the youth. This camp moveme has been started in the structure of Basij Scieific Organization of Tehran, in order to accelerate the process of scieific and technological developme.

Emphasizing the need to connect science and technology, he added: Science should not be limited only to universities and scieific ceers, but should be connected to the industry and developme of the coury. Sahragard poied to the capacities available in differe regions of the coury and said: Each region and each group of people have their own abilities that can help in this direction. Stating that Basij and Foundation are considered as the main institutions of this scieific moveme, he added: Our goal is to establish a direct relationship with the industry and the market by forming five rings in the scieific structure. These circles include institution building from the lowest levels to the highest scieific levels and should solve the real problems of the society with the cooperation of the industry and executive departmes of the coury.
Sahragard further poied out the importance of close communication with industrial sectors and said: In order for these scieific circles to be successful, we need support and ordering networks. We request our colleagues in industry and factories to work in these support networks and help solve scieific problems in line with the goals of scieific jihad.

He also poied out the importance of motivating young people and supporting innovative projects and said: In this direction, we must motivate the youth and elites of these fields to impleme their innovative projects. The enabling cores are more active in strengthening the scieific and research bases, while the technology and knowledge cores are trying to transform their scieific capacities io exploitable technologies.

He also poied to Imam Sadiq’s plan and said: Imam Sadiq’s plan, which is designed to strengthen soft technologies and creative industries, can help transfer these innovations to the business environme. The goal is to turn the cultural and educational activities in the bases io the business and commercialization phase.
Sahragerd explained: In this plan, innovation is considered as the main axis, but in the Baqir Science plan, the discussion of hard technologies and technical fields of engineering, agriculture and medicine is discussed. He added: Currely, various growth ceers are active in the Tehran Army Corps, which are supporting these teams as a platform for the activity of scieific cores. These ceers, including the Martyr Moghadam Developme Ceer and the Imam Hassan Mojtabi (AS) unit, have been operating for many years, and we plan to expand these activities and set up similar ceers in other areas.
