Foreign Minister of Ukraine: I am disappointed with the position of the countries regarding the attack on Putin’s residence
While rejecting Moscow’s report about Kiev’s attack on the Russian presidential residence, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said that he was disappointed by the statements of the countries in this regard.
According to RCO News Agency, “Andrei Sibiha”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, claimed on the X social network on Tuesday evening: “Almost a day has passed and Russia still has not provided any acceptable evidence for its accusations of an alleged attack on Putin’s residence by Ukraine.” And they won’t. Because there is no such attack. “There was no such attack.”
Sibiha continued: “We are disappointed and alarmed to see statements from the Emirati, Indian and Pakistani sides expressing their concerns about an attack that never happened.”
“This is even more surprising given that all three countries issued no official statement on September 7, 2025, when an actual Russian missile hit the Ukrainian government building,” he added.
Ukraine’s foreign minister claimed: “Russia has a long history of making false claims, and this is their special tactic.” For example, Russia claimed that it would not attack Ukraine at the beginning of 2022. They also often accuse others of what they themselves are trying to do. Their words should never be accepted.”
“We call on all countries to act responsibly and refrain from responding to unverified claims,” he concluded. This undermines the constructive peace process that has been progressing recently.”
