According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Tass, Belarusian parliament member Vadim Gigin announced that the Ukrainian army’s attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin is a big step towards the collapse of the regime in Kiev.

In a Telegram message, he wrote: The impudent speech of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Christmas ceremony was actually a direct threat. The Kiev regime has bet on creating a new round of escalation with Russia.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters on Monday that Ukraine carried out a terrorist attack against the Russian President’s residence in the Novgorod region using 91 drones.

The attack on Putin’s residence came as hopes for peace in Ukraine rose after Zelenskiy met with US President Donald Trump on Sunday.

European countries, especially England, are among the most important opponents of the formation of peace in Ukraine, and some Russian officials have also accused London of being involved in the attack on Putin’s residence.
