Zelensky: We had a constructive conversation with Wittkoff and Kushner
The president of Ukraine announced a “good and constructive conversation” with the special envoy of the US presidency and the adviser to the president of this country.
According to RCO News Agency, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on the X social network on Thursday evening: “Today we had a very good conversation with Steve Witkoff, the special envoy of the US President, and Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and adviser of the US President.”
“I thank them for their constructive approach, hard work and kind words and Christmas greetings to the people of Ukraine,” Zelenskiy added in the post. “We are really working 24/7 to bring the end of this war closer and to ensure that all documents and processes are realistic, effective and reliable.”
“We discussed certain basic details of the current work,” the Ukrainian president emphasized. There are good ideas that can lead to a common outcome and lasting peace. Real security, real recovery and real peace is what all of us in Ukraine, the United States, Europe and any partner who helps us need. I hope today’s Christmas insights and the ideas we discussed will be helpful.”
