Russia announced: Ukraine’s withdrawal from the “Sumi” province after heavy casualties – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, citing Al-Mayadin, the Russian Security Service reported that after suffering heavy losses, the armed forces of Ukraine have withdrawn units of the 119th and 58th Brigades, as well as the special forces of the Border Guard, from Sumy Province, located in the northeast of Ukraine.

The service announced that in the Krasnopolsk region, after suffering heavy losses, the Ukrainian forces were forced to withdraw units of the 119th regional defense brigade and a special company of the 58th mechanized infantry brigade and special forces of the border guard service to more suitable positions deep in the province.

According to the statement, the air strike of the 103rd brigade targeted the regional defense of the Ukrainian forces, which resulted in the death of a number of Ukrainian commanders near Pavlivka. The statement emphasized that Ukrainian forces have suffered heavy casualties among their soldiers.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that its eastern forces have taken control of the town of Zarichnoye in Zaporizhia province.
