Kremlin: The provisions of the peace plan proposed by Europe and Ukraine will not bring lasting peace

A Kremlin aide said he was confide the provisions the Europeans and Ukrainians were trying to include in the draft peace plan would not bring long-term stability.
“I am more than sure that the provisions that the Europeans and the Ukrainians have preseed and are trying to impleme clearly violate the documes and weaken the chances of achieving a lasting peace,” Russian presideial aide Yury Ushakov told reporters on Sunday, according to ISNA.
Ushakov said he saw no changes to the US peace plan after the rece consultations between Americans, Europeans and Ukrainians in Berlin.
“We have received signals through the press, but to be honest, I haven’t seen any documes myself,” the Kremlin aide said.
Yuri Ushakov also said that a possible tripartite meeting between represeatives of the United States, Russia and Ukraine is not being worked on.
“So far, no one has seriously discussed this initiative and is not preparing it,” an aide to Russian Preside Vladimir Putin told reporters, according to RIA Novosti.
