Hamas: The policy of religious incitement will lead to the spread of anger and confrontation – Mehr News Agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Shahab News Agency, Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement announced that the occupation regime’s new settlement plan, which targets the land of the Qalandiya Airport project and includes the construction of about 9 thousand new residential units, is considered a direct encroachment on the city of Quds and Islamic sanctuaries.
Harun Naser al-Din, a member of the Hamas political office and responsible for the Quds case, emphasized: The coincidence of this plan with the settlers’ act of setting up and lighting Hanukkah Eid candlesticks near Bab al-Qatanin, one of the historical gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, is part of the dangerous process of intensifying Judaization and provocative actions against this holy place.
He added: These actions are carried out with the full support of the occupying forces and are in the framework of a targeted policy to impose the new realities of Judaization, change the religious and historical identity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and are in clear violation of international laws and resolutions.
Naser al-Din warned: The continuation of settlement construction, attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and attacks on worshipers will bring dangerous consequences for the occupiers, and the policy of religious incitement will become the basis for the spread of anger and confrontation.
He asked the Islamic Ummah and the free people of the world to take their responsibility to defend Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque and stop the policies of Judaization and attacks.
Naser al-Din emphasized: The Arabic-Islamic identity of Al-Aqsa Mosque will not change with these actions.
