When I’m in a difficult situation, I like to review the situation and see what we wrong and what I can do differely.
I always learn something that helps me and eveually I get a really clear picture of what I need to do. That way, if I find myself in a similar situation again, I know what to do to minimize the difficulty of the situation.
It’s easier to get through a tough time when you know that the chances of that situation happening again are slim.
Change the conditions
After ideifying the importa pois in your difficult days, you need to make a change. If it’s a change you can impleme right away, make it. But if it’s something you can’t impleme right now, take note of it so you can use it when necessary.

Write down everything you think you are grateful for having or experiencing in life. A much more powerful practice is to remember the person who has had the most influence in your life and has stuck with you through all the hard times, then call them and tell them how blessed you are to have them.
Focus on what you can corol
Some situations are out of your corol and it doesn’t matter what you do because you can’t really change anything. When you focus your time and energy on things you can’t corol, you cause yourself discomfort and frustration.
You’re also making the situation seem even bleaker than it is because you’re focusing on the negative.
Instead, you should focus on the things that are within your corol because that’s the only way you can make a change that will actually help you. Make a list of all the things you can corol in this situation and give it your full atteion.
