An American official said that Major General Jasper Jeffers, one of the commanders of CECOM, is the main candidate for the command of the Iernational Stabilization Force in the Gaza Strip.
According to RCO News Agency, The American Axios website reported that Trump plans to appoi an American general to lead the iernational forces in Gaza, quoting American officials.
Axios quoted an American official and added: Major General Jasper Jeffers, one of the commanders of the US Ceral Command (CECOM), is the main candidate for the command of the Iernational Stabilization Force in the Gaza Strip.
The American official emphasized that no decision has been made yet on the special stabilization force in Gaza.
Meanwhile, American officials have claimed that they are in the final stages of forming the iernational stability force and forming a new governing structure for Gaza.
This American website added that Germany and Italy are among the couries that have been invited to join the iernational forces known as the Peace Council in Gaza.
Couries such as Indonesia, Azerbaijan and Pakistan are considering participation in this iernational force.
Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said regarding the opposition of the Zionist regime to Ankara’s participation in the iernational stability force in the Gaza Strip, the final decisions are not limited to this regime alone.
