Flightio company has faced the suspension of its operating license due to financial problems and non-payment of passengers, while the company’s extensive advertising continues at Imam International Airport (RA).
The continued display of advertisements of a suspended company in the country’s most important airport shows that the Civil Aviation Organization not only does not have enough supervision over the companies’ activities, but also faces weakness in the management of the country’s most important airport.
Kojaro’s investigations show that the advertisements of this company, which has recently been threatened with the cancellation of its license, are widely displayed in the country’s airport hub. Flightio has been suspended for one month since the 8th of Azar due to non-compliance with its obligations and not issuing tickets to passengers after the payment has been made, as well as numerous complaints in the passenger rights system.
On the other hand, on the other hand, in a letter to all domestic airlines, the Director General of the Office of Supervision of Airports, Aviation Companies and Institutions has announced the suspension of the operating license of the long-haul air travel service company under the brand Flytio, and that the sale of plane tickets continues on this company’s website, and only the sale of tickets for flights originating in Iran has been stopped.

This situation shows that there is a strong supervisory weakness in the Civil Aviation Organization and in such a situation passengers should be alert and not trust any advertisement to receive their rights.
