Russia destroyed a Ukrainian command center – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, citing Al-Mayadin, the Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement and announced that “Western” Russian forces destroyed a command center of the Ukrainian armed forces on the way to Kopiansk. In addition, Russian air defense has shot down 67 Ukrainian drones during the night.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Russia destroyed a hidden command center of the enemy in a forest area using 152 mm artillery fire and long-range explosive shells.

The statement adds that the artillery units of the Western Group of Russia have been engaged in neutralizing the infantry of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, command centers, artillery and observation points and providing support to the offensive units since the beginning of the military operation.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Andrey Blausov said that Russian forces are advancing in the direction of Kopyansk.

Also, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 67 Ukrainian drones over several Russian provinces last night.
