According to RCO News Agency, Marjorie Taylor Green, the Republican represeative of the American Congress, announced in an ierview with “CBS” that the Preside of the United States, Donald Trump, was extremely angry after he signed the release of the documes of the case of Jeffrey Epstein, a sex trafficker.
This former ally of the US preside added: We talked with Trump about the Epstein cases and he was very angry that I signed the petition.
Green stated that his purpose of signing the release of the Epstein case documes was to defend the rights of the female victims and clarify the truth, and added: Trump was against their release and believed that the release of the case documes would harm the public.
Earlier, Trump had supported the release of these documes during his election campaign, but after eering the White House, he changed his position and asked the represeatives of his party not to join this request. However, Greene and several other Republicans, including Thomas Massey of Keucky, signed on, reversing Trump’s decision to allow the Epstein Documes Freedom Act.
Green’s stances and his push for the release of the files while Trump was against their release strained their relationship.
