According to Mehr news agency, citing Sputnik, India and Russia issued a joi stateme about regional and iernational developmes after the meeting between the Prime Minister and the Preside of the two couries in New Delhi.
This stateme states: Russia and India demand restrai and respect for human rights in the Middle East and emphasize the importance of resolving Iran’s nuclear program through dialogue.
In the coinuation of this stateme, it was emphasized: Russia and India will coinue their efforts for global peace and stability, not only in Asia, but also in the multipolar world. The two couries emphasize their commitme to peace and stability in the Middle East and demand restrai and protection of civilians.
Russia and India expressed their concern about the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip and emphasized the importance of strengthening peace agreemes to end the conflicts in this strip.
Russia and India also demanded a complete revision of the structure of the UN Security Council, and Russia announced its support for India’s candidacy for permane membership in the UN Security Council.
