Putin thanks Modi for efforts to resolve Ukraine crisis

The Preside of Russia thanked the Prime Minister of India for his efforts towards a peaceful settleme of the Ukraine war.
According to RCO News Agency, Russian Preside Vladimir Putin, who visited India, after his informal meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, which lasted more than 2 and a half hours according to the Kremlin, today (Friday) held his official meeting with Modi at his official residence known as the Hyderabad Palace in New Delhi.
Following the face-to-face meeting between Putin and Modi, their extensive meeting will be held with the presence of delegations from the two couries.
According to “Ryanovsti” report, during today’s meeting, Putin thanked the Prime Minister of India for inviting him to visit his coury and the very good meeting he held yesterday evening, and said he is confide that his visit will lead to good results.
The Preside of Russia said that he informed the Prime Minister of India on the developmes related to Ukraine in the meeting on Thursday.
Putin noted: “Dear Prime Minister and dear friends, first of all I would like to thank you for your invitation and for yesterday’s very good meeting and your friendly and at the same time very useful and fruitful conversation.” “We found this opportunity and you gave us this opportunity to talk in detail about what is happening in the axis of Ukraine.”
The Preside of Russia noted that he also informed Modi about the efforts of Russia and the United States for a peaceful resolution of the war in Ukraine and thanked the Prime Minister of India for his efforts to resolve this war.
The Prime Minister of India also noted that he is sure that his meetings with Putin in New Delhi will be successful and emphasized the historical importance of Putin’s visit to his coury.

According to “Ryanovsti”, the Preside of Russia emphasized the existence of trust-based relations between Russia and India and said: “Our relations are very trust-based and have deep roots.”
Putin noted that Russia and India have made great efforts to expand their relations and their opportunities for cooperation are expanding.
He added: “We have opened new horizons in the expansion of our relations, including in connection with advanced technologies, developme and joi work in the field of aviation, space and the whole field of high-end technologies, including artificial ielligence.”
The Russian Preside poied out that Russia and India also have reliable cooperation in the field of defense and military industries.
The Prime Minister of India also emphasized that his coury and Russia regularly exchange views on the Ukraine issue and said: “Since the beginning of the Ukraine crisis, we have had coinuous discussions on this matter. As our true friend, you have informed us about everything from time to time. I believe that trust is a great power.”
According to the Prime Minister of India, New Delhi supports the establishme of peace in Ukraine as soon as possible and cooperation in this field is necessary.
He added: “The prosperity of couries depends on the path of peace. Together we will move the world towards this path. “I am fully confide that with the efforts made in rece days, the world will once again return to the path of peace.”
Emphasizing that India’s position is not neutral and that his coury supports peace, he said: “When I meet with world leaders, I always say that India is not a neutral coury. India does not have a neutral position. We have our exclusive position and that position is to support peace. “We support all efforts aimed at restoring peace.”
Modi also expressed his hope that his meeting with Putin will further strengthen the economic cooperation between Russia and India.
