The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy announced the support of 250 million tomans to effective and innovative therapists in Iran in the form of “Dana Plan”.
According to RCO News Agency, Hossein Afshin, the head of the National Elite Foundation, announced the start of the implementation of the Dana plan for therapists who graduated from the fields of general medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, and said: “The Dana plan” will be implemented from Saturday for people who plan to complete their plan in research centers and have scientific indicators approved by the Ministry of Health.
He pointed out: Graduates who have a GPA above 17 and at least one scientific paper can benefit from the support of the Dana plan up to 250 million tomans so that they can improve the quality of their research.
The head of the National Elite Foundation added: In this plan, 50 million Tomans will be allocated as soon as the research plan is presented. In case of publication of the article in the first quarter (Q1) magazines, 100 million Tomans and another 100 million Tomans for the second article is considered as financial support.
He reminded: 50 million Tomans will be paid for the participation of researchers in international conferences.
Afshin, quoted by the scientific vice-president of the presidency, said: “Dana” stands for “Iranian effective and innovative healers” and this project is designed with the main goal of preserving and strengthening the cycle of scientific leaps in the field of medicine.
