Condemnation of the US action in announcing the closure of Venezuela’s airspace
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran condemned the US Preside’s action in announcing the closure of Venezuela’s airspace as a flagra violation of the fundameal norms and rules of iernational law, including the rules governing iernational air transportation.
According to RCO News Agency, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Ismail Baqaei described the US action as a coinuation of the coury’s provocative and illegal actions against the national sovereigy and territorial iegrity of Venezuela, as an arbitrary action and an unprecedeed threat to the safety and security of iernational aviation.
He warned about the dangerous consequences of this action on the rule of law, iernational peace and security.
