In Belgium, there is a special church with a height of 10 meters, which is known as the “transpare church”. The construction project of this church is called “Reading Between the Lines”. The ieresting structure of this church allows people to see the outside from the ierior of the church and the ierior of the church from the outside. In fact, the transpare church consists of 2,000 steel columns and 100 steel plates, which are placed horizoally on top of each other and there is an empty space between them. (Payamarchi)

From inside the transpare church, you can see a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. Due to the empty space between the steel plates, when the light eers the church, beautiful shadows are created and people can enjoy watching the play of light and shadow in the church. These shadows appear in various ways during the day as the position of the sun changes, and these beautiful shapes give the church a spiritual feeling.
The design of the transpare church is considered a form of deconstruction; Because in this church, unlike other churches, steel has been used to combine the materials and modern life in general with traditional and old rituals. Also, like other churches, this church is not only a place of worship and is also considered a work of art. In general, this project iends to convey the concept of transparency to the visitors by creating empty spaces in the church structure.
