The Preside of Ukraine responded to the commes of his American couerpart who called him “ungrateful”, saying that he is grateful for the efforts of the United States.
According to Isna, Ukrainian Preside Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on X social network on Sunday evening: “The leadership of the United States is importa, and we are grateful for everything that the United States and Preside Trump are doing for security, and we will coinue constructive cooperation as much as possible.”
In this message, Zelensky said that he was waiting for new reports from the negotiating teams in Switzerland: “I had a conversation with French Preside Emmanuel Macron. “Our teams in Geneva are working with partners, and it is very importa that a practical outcome is achieved, bringing Ukraine and all of Europe closer to reliable peace and security.”
He added: “We are coordinating our positions and it is importa that there is a dialogue and that diplomacy is strengthened again. “We also cou on our partners to hear our argumes.”
US Preside Donald Trump criticized Volodymyr Zelensky earlier and said: “The Preside of Ukraine has not appreciated our efforts and Europe coinues to buy oil from Russia.”
