The statement added: Key achievements include the Civilian Nuclear Cooperation Agreement, advancing cooperation in the field of vital minerals, and a memorandum of understanding in the field of artificial intelligence, all of which demonstrate America’s commitment to enter into agreements that directly benefit the American people.
The White House announced in its statement: The United States and Saudi Arabia signed a joint declaration on the completion of negotiations on cooperation in the field of civilian nuclear energy. This declaration creates a legal framework for a multi-decade, multi-billion dollar partnership with Saudi Arabia in the field of nuclear energy.
The White House continued in its statement: Trump and bin Salman signed the US-Saudi Strategic Defense Agreement (SDA), which is a historic agreement and strengthens our more than 80-year defense partnership and deterrence in the Middle East.
Trump approved a major defense package that includes the delivery of fighter jets, the statement added F – 35 (to Saudi Arabia). Trump also reached an agreement according to which Saudi Arabia will buy about 300 American tanks
