Governme spokesman: We are looking to develop and strengthen relations with Russia – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, the governme spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani announced in an exclusive ierview with Al-Mayadeen network that the Islamic Republic of Iran has received messages from mediators.
He warned that if the mistake is repeated by the other side, Iran’s response will be stronger and tougher than in the past.
Mohajerani clarified that Iran does not give credit to any party in defending its people’s lives, territorial iegrity and national sovereigy.
He added that strengthening Iran’s missile power in the framework of defense capabilities is a natural thing, and Tehran is taking steps to eliminate the weaknesses that were revealed in the rece attack.
The governme spokesperson also emphasized that Iran cooperates with the Iernational Atomic Energy Agency within the framework of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and that Tehran’s ieraction with this organization is based on national ierests and the coury’s curre laws.
He said that after European couries activated the trigger mechanism, Iran announced that it will pursue its relations with these couries based on national ierests.
He announced that there are signs of improving relations with some European couries, including Germany.
Mohajerani added that in a situation where we are facing hegemonic approaches, focusing on developing relations with neighboring couries, cooperating with iernational organizations and strengthening the coury’s economy is a priority.
He emphasized that the parties involved in the Gaza ceasefire agreeme are responsible for ensuring its implemeation, and having resistance forces in a coury that is next to a “fake regime” is esseial.
The governme spokesperson also meioned the developme of relations with Russia as a neighboring coury and announced the cooperation of the two couries in the field of nuclear energy.
He stated that Iran has extensive relations with Russia and China, because these two couries are members of the BRICS group and are among the couries of the region.
