According to ISNA, Tehran Province’s Meteorological Department issued a yellow weather warning about the penetration and activity of the rain system from noon on Saturday, tomorrow, Saturday (November 24) until the end of Sunday (November 25).
The influence and activity of this atmospheric system brings rain, sometimes showers and thunderstorms in some hours in the northern and western half of Tehran province, especially in the northwest slopes and heights.
This slippery condition of roads, streets and roads, the possibility of temporary disruption in transportation, especially in slopes and heights and mountain paths and passes, temporary rise of river water level and flooding of roads, sometimes fog and limited visibility and the possibility of lightning.
Also, hail, snowfall and sometimes blizzards in the upper elevations and peaks, the risk of rock falls and landslides in the mountainous areas, a significant drop in temperature, especially in the northern half and in the southern half, in some hours relatively strong to strong winds with the possibility of dust and sometimes showers of rain with the possibility of lightning are not far from expected.
In this regard, the General Department of Meteorology of Tehran Province has recommended caution in traveling, especially in mountain paths and passes, no traffic or standing on the banks of rivers and canals, cleaning of bridge openings, dredging of canals and waterways, avoiding climbing, warning natural resource users, avoiding livestock grazing and nomadic migration, protecting agricultural products and facilities, preparing roads and executive bodies.
On the other hand, based on the forecast bulletin of the General Directorate of Meteorology of Tehran Province, the weather condition of Tehran Province in the next five days is forecasted to be slightly cloudy to partly cloudy, sometimes accompanied by a light wind, and until Saturday (November 24), due to the relative stillness of the atmosphere and the absence of significant wind in the urban areas, an increase in the concentration of pollutants and a decrease in air quality are expected. But from noon on Saturday, with the increase in the instability of the atmosphere, it is predicted that the wind will increase and the air quality will improve in some hours.
The sky of Tehran tomorrow Saturday (November 24) will be cloudy to partly cloudy with local dust and from the afternoon it will increase in clouds and wind with the possibility of scattered rain at a minimum temperature of 10 and a maximum temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, and on Sunday (November 25) it will be slightly cloudy to partly cloudy, sometimes windy and increasing clouds with the possibility of scattered showers with a minimum temperature of 12 and a maximum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
