Kremlin: Europe will have to negotiate with Russia sooner or later

The spokesperson of the Russian presidency emphasized: sooner or later, Europe will be forced to negotiate with Moscow, and no matter how much Kiev refuses to negotiate, it will eveually be forced to negotiate from a weaker position.

Peskov we on to discuss the resumption of nuclear tests in the world and stated: Putin (Preside of Russia) has repeatedly said that if other couries conduct nuclear tests, Russia will act accordingly.
He also emphasized that “the testing of nuclear weapons by the United States will mean the end of the long period of prohibition of nuclear tests” and stated: the most importa thing for Russia is to ensure its security and insure it for future generations.
In another part of his speech today, he poied out that “Russia agrees with the statemes of the Preside of Finland that sooner or later a dialogue will be established between Russia and Europe”, and clarified that sooner or later Europe and Russia will be forced to dialogue. However, there is no trend to change Europe’s stance towards Russia.
The Kremlin spokesman also said that the Kiev negotiators have no record of following the rules of diplomacy and good behavior.
